Attack of the Hyper-Intelligent President

Reading talk of Joe Biden's cognitive decline gave me an idea for a satirical sci fi thriller.  I originally envisioned Biden, himself, as the lead character of story.  

But the satire of my story was really a general comment about the excessive power of the modern presidency.  So, fret not about bipartisan politics as you watch this video.

Here are alternate designs for the chemically mutated president.

I had the Outer Limits episode "The Sixth Finger" in mind as I worked on this.
